Hi, my name is Nathan Woods and I have been a Personal trainer for over 8 years.

Welcome to my Website!

I am passionate about helping people change their bodies and in turn change their lives. I have helped hundreds of people achieve their fitness goals working with one on one clients, Bootcamp sessions and online training programs. Besides my private work I have also partnered with Fitness Local Dulwich Hill & Bardwell park gyms in NSW as a director and part owner.

My passion for fitness started as a young child when my father put me in a local Ruby league competition. From that I moved into soccer, swimming, hockey, athletics, tennis and cricket. I have always loved team sports and that feeling of working hard and achieving goals.

I had already started in a career in the printing and graphic reproduction industry when I decided that Fitness was my true passion. So I got myself qualified and began working on a Part time basis with a gym in Alexandra. It was then I decided that it was time to move into Fitness full time.

I love working hard, helping others improve their health and achieve their goals. Outside of Fitness I love the water, spending time with Family, Friends and my Wife (couldn't forget to mention her!) I actually met my wife Danielle whilst instructing a Bootcamp Class, ah the memories!
