The Benefits of Personal Training
1. Accountability
This is the first and most important aspect of Personal Training.
You need to book an appointment with a trainer who you are paying. They're going to be showing up and so will you.
I help you set achievable goals and then put the steps in place to reach them.
2. Motivation
It's my job to motivate you and show you how your hard work is paying off with results!!!
Results breed motivation, so eating / training plans are drawn up to keep you on track and moving forward.
3. Planning Out Your Routine
Designing a workout plan that suits your fitness level and time requirements.
Blending in a mixture of healthy eating and movement that is getting off the couch to get your week sorted fitness wise.
4. Good Form
Everybody I train works through fundamental exercises which are the building blocks for moving forward with harder more technical / compound exercises to help get the most out of your training.
Technique is big with me, if you are having trouble with a certain technique a regression exercise will be explained to help you build towards the more advanced exercise.
5. Mobility and Flexibility
By using dynamic warm ups and functional exercises we help build up better mobility throughout our body and help improve poor flexibility. That in turns helps with reducing injuries and improves poor technique.
6. Time Efficient
Working with a trainer is all about getting the biggest reward for the least amount of time. You don’t have to worry about what am I going to work on today?
It's my job to keep you moving and I plan out all my sessions to keep everybody moving toward your GOALS!!!!!!
